First appearance of Bentley Flying Spur took place back in 2005. During this period, it had only one update in 2013 and nothing else. Time has come for Bentley to release all new 2019 Bentley Flying Spur very soon. First spy shots of future Flying Spur were already taken during road testing. This first Bentley test mule actually has Panamera body. However, that is not strange at all, because Bentley Bentayga test mule had Audi Q7 body. Production of new 2019 Flying Spur will be done on MSB-F platform. Exterior design will probably share many details with Continental GT version. We expect to see familiar quad headlights, wider grille, sportier bumper and lowered nose. Going toward the rear end, Flying Spur 2019 will get longer wheelbase, rear doors and revised rear fenders. Speaking of interior design changes, there is still not much to say. Inside the cabin, many details could be borrowed from Bentley EXP10 Speed 6 concept model. 2019 Flying Spur will most likely have two-tone upholstery, refrigerator, watch holder and even champagne glasses. Overall, very luxurious design and equipment for Bentley interior.
2019 Bentley Flying Spur engine performance specs
2019 Bentley Flying Spur engine range is still a mystery. However, some rumors are placing several engines on the table. First choice could be 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine generating 550 horsepower and 567 lb-ft of torque. This V8 engine is also used in new 2018 Panamera Turbo. Optional choice is big 6.0-liter W12 engine from Bentayga SUV. This unit can produce amazing 600 horsepower and 664 lb-ft of torque. Diesel engine s also a possibility, and it could be 4.0-liter V8 unit with 429 horsepower and 660 lb-ft of torque. Flying spur for 2019 could also get V6 engine, but this is still unconfirmed. Further on, V6 engine could be offered along with an electric motor. This hybrid drivetrain is used in Panamera as well.
