First ever hybrid car launched in USA was Honda Insight, back in 1999. Since then, Honda had ups and downs with their Insight model. It was actually discontinued twice during that time. Now, time has come for all-new 2019 Honda Insight. Honda positioned their new premium sedan car just between Civic and Accord cars. Speaking of 2019 Insight design, it was based on Honda’s new styling language. Front fascia features big grille, aggressive bumper and angular LED headlights. On the sides, we can see more muscular front and rear fenders, as well as 16-inch alloy wheels. Around back, we can notice some interesting design changes. Biggest one refers to hatchback configuration which has been replaced with fastback sedan design. Rear end also comes with small spoiler and big LED taillights. It has 15.1 cubic feet of space in the luggage compartment and 37.4 inches long real legroom space. LED fog lights and bigger 17-inch alloy wheels are available in Honda Insight Touring version. Inside the cabin, design looks very familiar, with some details borrowed from other Honda cars. Two screens are available: First one is new 8-icnh infotainment system display, while the other one is 7-inch TFT instrument cluster screen. Other equipment will include Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth, push-button start and Smart Entry. Honda Insight Touring will get power moonroof 8-way adjustable heated leather seats, rain sensors, Honda Satellite-Linked navigation, 4g LTE and Wi-Fi connectivity, Honda HD Digital Traffic, HomeLink Remote system and premium 10-speaker sound system.

2019 Honda Insight release date is yet to be announced, but it is expected to be on the market by the end of 2018.
